Anyway, happy day for you.<BR/><BR/>Hindus, well, I'll try to describe them as best I can. You basically go into a wide leg stretch (as if you were going to do a split) and bend over until your hands are slightly in front of you. Then you press back into your hip joints, move forward to lower yourself onto your forearms (like you do in yoga pose called the cobra) and then push through and back into your hip joints. It's not a pleasant thing, but when done correctly can build great strength in the hip joints and the arms. Your whole body is involved.
